Supervision within Peer Values

This webinar is designed for current supervisors and or people looking to become supervisors. We will discuss successes and challenges within the role of a supervisor. Through mutual sharing among presenters, we will invite conversations around how peer values currently show up in this work and ways to enhance them in more intentional and tangible ways. Learning Objectives: - Discuss and share successes and challenges within the role of a supervisor. - Identify values that are important to the role of a supervisor. - Create action plans for how to enhance values in the workplace within supervision.
